Authors create content and distribute it in many ways, usually by email. Adding rules to the distribution process is nearly impossible, as typically Workflow isn’t transparent and does have an impact on the authors’ experience.

Workflow Management includes:

• Workflow Creation. Create Unanimous, Non-Unanimous and Ordered workflow processes, where each step can also contain Unanimous and Non-Unanimous rules
• Workflow Escalation. Set Outcome and Time-based escalation into any multi-step Workflow process
• Role-based Workflow. Authors trigger a Workflow process. Based on the Role(s) they are associated with will determine which Workflow processes they trigger
• Workflow Notification. Authors and Approvers will receive email notifications informing them of what is occurring within a particular Workflow process
• Graphical Workflow Presentation. Authors and Approvers can quickly identify where a Workflow process is at by viewing the graphical display of the process
• Form Integration. CentricMinds Enterprise allows Administrators to link Workflow Processes to Forms. This provides an environment for developing business process applications
