Our annual maintenance and support plans provide our customers with access to our dedicated Support Site. Support requests that you make are monitored and actioned by dedicated CentricMinds support staff.

As soon as you become a CentricMinds Enterprise or Convurge customer, you'll have access to our dedicated Support Site. When you log into the Support site, you'll have access to resources including all product documentation, Flash-based Tutorials and more.

As we release versions of both products, you'll be able to quickly identify what new and improved functionality has been made available within a new release. Depending on your support plan, you'll be able to request upgrades to be made available for you to download and upgrade your Convurge instance.
