Whether you’re a CentricMinds Enterprise or Convurge customer, we’ve created a range of support and maintenance plans that you can choose from, depending on your requirements. Following is a comparison table that outlines what’s on offer.

CentricMinds Convurge Support
The cost for each support and maintenance plan is an annual recurring cost. You can also move from one plan to another before your annual renewal is due. For example, in Year 1 you may choose the Diamond plan. That way you can receive training and have access to email and telephone support to ensure your Convurge implementation goes smoothly, and the people using it have undertaken some training. In Year 2 however, you may only choose the Ruby plan as you and your organisation are comfortable with Convurge, and only want to receive minimal support. Annual Maintenance & E-mail Support (Standard)
Being enrolled in standard annual maintenance allows you to receive 1 Major upgrade for your Convurge installation per annum. All standard E-mail support requests are actioned within 3 days, Monday through Friday.

The annual support and maintenance plans for CentricMinds Enterprise are structured differently to the Convurge plans. Currently, CentricMinds Enterprise is not available for download. It is also implemented and configured using a more traditional on-site consulting model.
