Form Designer

Enable your non-technical business authors to design and build interactive forms using the WYSIWYG Form Designer within the Convurge Web Content Management System. Enable authors to link forms to workflow processes, subscription services and publish forms to pages with ease.

Forms made easy
Building a form couldn’t be easier. Authors can construct W3C compliant forms, publish them to web pages using the same method as publishing text and files, and define where form submissions go. Simply drag and drop the fields you want onto the form stage. You’ll be done in no time.

Drag and drop form elements onto the stage to design your forms.

Once a form is published, authors can then define how the form data should be captured and managed. Setup registration forms, file submission forms, feedback forms, surveys, polls and contact forms with ease.

Click anywhere on the stage to insert a form field element.

Workflow integration
With the Form Process Manager, quickly link form submissions to internal workflow processes. Want to setup a HR form on the Intranet that triggers a HR Workflow process when staff complete it? Yep, done. And that’s just one of numerous examples we can give you.
