Workflow Management

Convurge provides an intuitive environment for developing single and multi-step workflow processes. Whether you need to employ workflows to route content through a unique business process, or you want to review and approve content before it's released to the live site, our workflow tools deliver something for everyone.

Building Workflows
Workflows are based on author actions within the Content Management System. If authors upload files, modify some text, delete pages or perform form submissions, a workflow process can be triggered to manage and control these actions. Building workflows is a simple process of defining how many steps are in the workflow, and who will be the approvers of the process.

Develop multi-step workflow processes, and define how items are actioned.

Monitoring Workflows
Authors involved with workflow processes are notified by email as well as via their personalised Asset Monitor. The Asset Monitor will visually display who is involved with a particular workflow process, and who has actioned which step within any given process.

All workflow processes provide authors with graphical displays.
