The CentricMinds Enterprise Web Content Management System (WCMS) provides an intuitive WYSIWYG Form Building environment enabling non-technical business authors to create powerful single or multi-part form solutions.

Form Process Management allows business authors to determine how captured form data is managed by the CMS, either through triggering pre-defined Workflows, or being stored for use with the Form Submission Analytics control library.

Within the Form Repository environment, authors can develop:

Forms
Quickly build forms using the drag-and-drop WYSIWYG form-building environment. Double click on the stage to insert a form element. Click on it, drag it around, and drop it into place. Forms adhere to strict W3C and XHTML compliance.

Form Groups
Once you’ve built your forms, choose to link them together in an ordered fashion. Define personalized submission messages and email confirmation processes.

Form Submissions
Once your forms are published and end users are starting to complete them, capture submitted form data and choose to download or analyze within the Form Analytics environment.

Submission Analytics
Perform basic data modeling on captured form submission data. How many people registered from which country? What was the most popular brand chosen? What was the most popular level of support?
