Workflow Management
The CentricMinds Enterprise Web Content Management System (WCMS) provides an integrated Workflow Management environment delivering powerful and flexible workflow tools for managing both content based and user based actions.

Workflow Management includes:
- Workflow Creation
Create Unanimous, Non-Unanimous and Ordered workflow processes, where each step can also contain Unanimous and Non-Unanimous rules. - Workflow Escalation
Set outcome and time-based escalation into any multi-step Workflow process. - Metadata-based Workflow
Content file types trigger workflow processes based on the metadata categories they are associated with. For example, an author publishes a PDF document and associates the ‘Media Release’ metadata category. This metadata association will trigger the ‘Media Release’ Workflow process. - Role-based Workflow
Authors trigger a Workflow process when they perform a certain authoring task. Based on the Role(s) they are associated with, this will determine which Workflow processes are triggered. - Workflow Notification
Authors and Approvers will receive email notifications informing them of what is occurring within a particular Workflow process that they are involved with. - Graphical Workflow Presentation
Authors and Approvers can quickly identify where a Workflow process is at by viewing the graphical display of the process. - Form Integration
The CentricMinds Enterprise Web Content Management System (WCMS) allows Administrators to link Workflow Processes to Forms. This provides an environment for developing simple business process management applications.
