CentricMinds annual support and maintenance plans provide our customers with access to our dedicated Support Site. Support requests that you lodge are monitored and actioned by our dedicated CentricMinds Change Management Team (CMT).

As soon as you become a CentricMinds Enterprise or CentricMinds Convurge Web Content Management System customer, you'll have access to our dedicated Support Site. When you log into the Support site, you'll have access to resources including all product documentation, Flash-based Tutorials and more.

Customers can view and track every support request lodged via the CentricMinds Support Site.

As we release versions of both products, you'll be able to quickly identify what new and improved functionality has been made available within a new release. Depending on your support plan, you'll be able to request upgrades to be made available for you to download and upgrade your CentricMinds Web Content Management System instance.

Version Release Notes are available via the CentricMinds Support Site.

Post, track and manage all of your support requests and communication with CentricMinds from one place. Filter support requests by date and level of urgency, and search across your support items.

Authors can lodge support requests and select the level of support severity.
