In 2001 CentricMinds released its first CMS product, CentricMinds Unify. Over the past 10 years the software company has worked with more than 500 organizations in the planning, development and implementation of Internet, Intranet and Electronic Document Management solutions covering Industry and Government.

Our web CMS software not only creates an effective content management solution for a company intranet but also meets internet and extranet software needs. We also specialise in electronic document management for non technical business authors.

In 2009 CentricMinds identified the growing proliferation of Mobile and what would quickly become evident as the post-PC era. The MobileNation mobile publishing platform was launched at DEMO Spring on March 1st 2011.

DMG Radio Australia

DMG Radio Australia sought the need to develop an iPhone application that would enable consumers to listen to digital radio while on the go.

Once consumers have downloaded and synced the Nova iPhone application from the iTunes App Store, they can listen to their favourite music while on the go. The application provides a real-time AAC+ digital stream, and displays both the Title and Artist of the track currently playing, as well as Album Cover artwork if it’s available for display.

Consumers can stop and start the stream and adjust volume. Faced with a timeframe of just 6 weeks to design, develop, test and then publish to the iTunes App Store, the development team faced the greatest challenge of successfully streaming AAC+ digital audio over the 3G network without loss in quality. The engineering went further to ensure the highest quality uninterrupted playback even on the weakest of 3G connections.
