What are the main differences between the three plans offered?
The only difference is the number of users on each plan. There’s no change in the functionality being offered under each plan. Contact us for a custom quote if you have more than 250 users.
What if we have 1,500 users? Do you support larger organizations on your platform?
Yes. One of our larger clients has ~40,000 users on the platform. For larger teams we work with you to design a suitable dedicated cloud solution to support your unique needs. Many of our customers sit within the 500 - 1,000 users, but really there’s no limit to the number of users you can support on CentricMinds.
Can the platform grow with us as our organization becomes more complex?
Yes. Many organizations begin with a standard Intranet and comms before expanding into forms, workflows, task management, document governance, and external portals. The tiered structure allows your team to adopt additional functionality as requirements evolve without replacing the platform.
Is there a trial of the CentricMinds Intranet solution?
We’d be happy to book a demo with you and take you through the platform. If you have an Intranet project underway, we’re happy to provide you and your team with a sandbox environment to trial the solution.
How long does the typical Intranet project take?

How does Intranet support work?
Each customer is provided access to our dedicated Support Portal. Simply raise a ticket and our dedicated support team will action your request, usually the same day.
