How long does your Performance Management platform take to setup?
We can have most teams setup and running within a day or two. It largely depends on the state of your Entra ID or Google Cloud Identity. Cycle configuration takes less than an hour to configure.
Who would typically manage the Performance Management solution?
Your HR team will manage cycles, notifications and reporting. We'll work with your IT team to connect your Entra ID or Google Cloud Identity environment so your team can seamlessly access the Performance Management platform.
Can we customize review cycles?
Yes. You can set cycle dates, deadlines and review windows that suit your team.
Can we set different goals for different teams?
Yes. Goals are set at the individual level and can be aligned to different company pillars. HR administrators can also define additional pillars as they need to.
What happens at the end of a review cycle?
Both the manager and employee sign off on the plan. Results are then feed into the Performance Management Analytics dashboard.
