Centered around a version controlled repository for capturing, storing, categorizing and organizing electronic documents, CentricMinds Document Management also supports integration with Active Directory to manage security across document publishers (authors) and consumers (employees, including business partners via the CentricMinds Extranet). Integration with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook means DMS pubilshers can publish and retrieve documents to and from the CentricMinds DMS without leaving their native authoring environment.
